• Ticket valid for Saturday only• No access on Friday (28 Aug) or Sunday (30 Aug)• Chalet accommodation not included• No camping – show grounds only• Strict venue rules, safety, and security enforced• Liability waiver acceptance is required for entry
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a ticket, Day Pass, booking a chalet, and/or attending Land Of The Low, Iacknowledge, understand, and voluntarily agree that:
1. My attendance and participation are entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk.
2. I accept full personal responsibility for my actions, behaviour, decisions, and conduct before,during, and after the event.
3. I acknowledge that participation in a public automotive and lifestyle event involves inherent risks,including but not limited to personal injury, death, vehicle damage, property damage, or otherunforeseen risks.
4. Any injury, loss, damage, or harm suffered by me or caused by me to any person, vehicle, chalet,facility, or property is my sole responsibility.
5. I hereby release, waive, and indemnify the event organisers (Local Car Stance), venue ownersand management, sponsors, partners, contractors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and allclaims, liabilities, or demands to the fullest extent permitted under South African law.
6. Any damage or breakage caused by me to venue property, chalets, equipment, or facilities willbe charged directly to me.
7. I agree to comply with all event rules, safety instructions, venue regulations, and directions givenby organisers or security. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
8. I consent to emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary and accept responsibility forassociated costs.
9. I grant permission for photographs, video, and audio recordings taken at the event to be used forpromotional and media purposes.
DAY PASS SPECIFIC TERMS:
1. A Day Pass grants access for the specified day only and does not include overnightaccommodation. All day pass holders to leave premises at 22:00
2. Remaining overnight or being present on the following day without authorisation constitutes anunauthorised stay.
3. An unauthorised overnight stay incurs a non-negotiable penalty fee of R500, payableimmediately.
4. Unauthorised overnight stay may result in legal action.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:By proceeding with my ticket or Day Pass purchase and/or chalet booking, I confirm that I haveread, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk.
